Chicago Party Buses FAQ
Welcome to our frequently asked questions page! We've gotten many of the same questions over and over again in our many years in business, and so we decided to group a few of the most popular ones here on the site for you, in an effort to save you time before you call us to book your bus. Here they are:
Q: "What areas of Illinois will you be able to transport us to?"
A: We service the entire state, but please note that trips more than fifty miles from Chicago may be subject to an additional fee. Please contact us for full information.
Q: "Can we smoke on the party bus?"
A: We're sorry, but no. In order to keep our buses in top quality condition, we ask our customers to adhere to our strict nonsmoking policy.
Q: "Can we drink on the bus?"
A: Of course you can! We are not allowed by law to provide you with alcohol, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Some of our buses are stocked with champagne flutes as well.
Q: "What times of the year are you in operation?"
A: We absolutely operate seven days a week, 365 days a year. That means you can book our services any time of year, any day of the week, and even any time of day! We ask that you try to make your reservations two weeks in advance in order to ensure our availability.
Q: "Do we need to clean the bus before we return it to you?"
A: We ask that the bus is returned to us in the same condition that it was received in.
Q: "What if we decide to stay longer?"
A: There are never any additional fees for going over the time that you booked the bus. If you're having a good time, we absolutely want you to stay and enjoy yourself! You'll simply continue to be billed at the same hourly rate (in fifteen minute increments) that we agreed to during booking. You only ever pay for the time that you use. Period.
Q: "I'm ready to book my bus. How do I do it?"
A: All you need to do to ensure the availability of your bus is to give us a call and make a credit card deposit over the phone. It really is that easy. We look forward to doing business with you!
